Gfg2 first Summer School

The Gfgsquared project (coordinated by Starlab) will be organizing a Summer School dedicated to teach fundamentals and applications of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) with special focus on Positioning and Timing to Global Environmental Earth Observation experts from academia or industry.
The School, that will be hosted by the University of Nottingham from 13 to 15 August, is open to researchers, students and people who work in the various fields of Earth Observation, who want to find out how navigation satellites can assist their work.
Gfgsquared is a three year coordination action funded by the 7th Framework Program of the European Commission under the Environment theme. Its mission is to better asses the value of GNSS for Global Environmental Earth Observation (GEEO) and GEOSS. Starlab is the project coordinator.
