Junior IT support / Helpdesk



We are currently seeking a Junior IT support / Helpdesk to work full-time as a desktop specialist. This is an entry-level position for someone with 0 to 3 years of experience. 


Key responsibilities:


  • Provide help desk support remote and on site.

  • Follow up and update customer status regarding their issues via ticketing tool.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level.

  • Software and hardware inventory.

  • Hardware maintenance.

  • Purchase requested material.

  • Administrative user accounts.

  • Carry out the onboarding process, preparing and deploying systems as well as training. and educating new hires.

  • Maintaining internal documentation.

  • Backup recovery files.


What we expect from you:


  • Computer Science Intermediate training cycles (C.F.G.M) or similar.

  • English level B2 minimum.

  • Patient, empathic and always willing to assist the customer.

  • Desire to learn new technologies.

  • Proactive.

  • Teamwork oriented.

  • Methodical.

  • Ability to handle both tickets and projects.  

  • Knowledge of: Windows 10, Ubuntu, Network: TCP/IP, DHCP,  SMB, NFS, DNS, VPN, SSH, Wifi, Printers. 

  • Desirable: G Suite, Office 365, Odoo, Voip Telephony, SQL, Python.
