HISAT

The HISAT project delivered an operational service for the delivery of the snow cover maps to the Catalan Water Agency for each hydrological basin once a week with a spatial resolution of 150 metres. The snow cover maps delivered by Starlab allowed the Catalan Water Agency to include this data in their decision support system governing all water management of the region.

Starlab's role: Project coordination as prime contractor. Implementation of an operational service delivering weekly snow cover over Pyrenees based on SAR and optical data.
