Biogen

Biogen was interested in studying the response of the brain under transcranial current stimulation (tCS) in a visual perception cognitive task.

Starlab's role: Project coordination as prime contractor. We developed a protocol for this study, contracted a clinical research team to conduct the data collection experimental campaign, set up a cloud repository and a reporting system, and finally delivered the data analysis. Data analysis delivered different biomarkers based on:

• Behavioural parameters

• Event Related Potentials

• tCS evoked potentials

• Changes in inter-hemispheric connectivity

• Changes in band power, which appeared in the gamma band.
